L’impasto ad alta idratazione e lunga lievitazione rende la pizza leggera e molto digeribile, mentre i topping con ingredienti Dop e a km 0 confermano l’attenzione alla qualità e al territorio. La location è impareggiabile: una vista panoramica splendida che da sola vale la visita. Ho ordinato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi 19 euro) la Tuma fritta ( 3 euro) la pizza intramontabile (14 euro) la birra artigianale da 75 cl Kottabos (15 euro). Consigliatissimo"
